Description

This space-saving and powerful Soldering station is simple to control and easy to use. Suitable for levels of soldering skill: it is the perfect soldering device to have at home. The compactness and light weight of this Basetech analogue soldering station means that it is easy to transport and stow away. All soldering work for electronic or electrical purposes using different kinds of soft solder (lead or silver solder) can be performed due to the adjustable working temperature (150 to 450 °C). The heating only takes 2 to 3 minutes and then you desired temperature is reached. Yellow approx. 150°C Orange approx. 150° to 270°C Red approx. 270° to 480°C For lead solder choose the start of the first red segment (approx. 270 – 360°C), for silver solder use the beginning of the second red segment (approx. 320 – 420°C). For larger soldering tip adjust the temperature upwards to perform the soldering as fast as possible and as long as necessary. Lower the temperature during breaks. This saves energy and extends the durability of the soldering tip. It is ideal for repairs of electrical appliances, soldering of boards, tin-coating, mechanical treatment of metals and many more.
